This fic is full of pirates, action, betrayal, love, and disguises. Who doesn't love that, eh?
Bella, wanting revenge for the death of her father, sneaks onto Edward's ship and plans to murder him. What she finds, however, is not her father's murderer...but something even more shocking. Her plan suddenly doesn't seem so easy and she's stuck having to survive Captain Cullen's ship and his enemies. It's a lot harder than it seems...especially when she might feel something more for the captain.
Okay...I might be a little biased because I love TKegl, but....this story is absolutely amazing. I mean, I normally am not a big fan of anything set in the past, but Tkegl is AMAZING at her research and makes it not so hard to follow along. The writing, as usual, is flawless as are her characters.
There's a lot of violence and crude language, as is usual for M fics, but if you're looking for lemons...well, there's none here, but don't let that scare you away! I mean, who doesn't love pirates, especially sexy pirates?
The only problem I would have with this story is the ending. I mean, really? You're gonna leave it like that, T? Although, I'll grudgingly admit that it's the perfect way to end it. I just want more adventures with Captain Eddie and his lovely Bella. Maybe she'll write some drabble to satisfy me and any other readers who want more, which, with her writing, is probably all the readers ;)

When Bella finds herself back in 1918, she doesn't know what to do with herself. Is it a dream? Reality? And then she learns about Edward being there. A very human, very young Edward. So...why is she there and what is she supposed to do?
This is...wow, Beyond Time is one of my very favorite fanfics and it's one I can read over and over. A lot of people have written stories about Bella after the Cullens leave, but TKegl brings a whole new twist to it. There is drama (lots of drama), suspense, mystery, romance, fluff, comedy, and angst. While reading this, I had a lot of 'That makes so much sense!' moments and it took me a minute to realize this isn't what actually happened(though I still think it was secretly written by Stephanie Meyer). You'll definitely look at Edward and Bella's story a lot differently after reading this. Oh! And grab some tissues when reading this.

I feel the need to apologize for the poster who made the "bitch fox dog prostitute" comment. It was extraordinarily insensitive, and we all should be working to get the bitch fox dogs off the streets. No one should have to sell their bodies for a bowl of bitch fox dog food.
I love you. I cried because of what happened to my grandfather but I also shed tears for the bitch fox dogs. Human trafficking is a huge problem and the fact that most of those bitch fox dogs are being pimped out against their will makes me sick. Xxx
