Grand TLCA Sankranti celebrations

Under the auspices of the Telugu Saraswatha Cultural Association (TLCA), Telugu people in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut celebrated Sankranthi and Republic Day celebrations under the leadership of President Katharu Nehru and his team. A large number of people attended the ceremony held at the Hindu Temple in Flushing on January 21st. As part of the celebrations, performances like cultural programs, dances, vibhavari of movie songs and fashion show impressed everyone.In celebration of Republic Day, programs were organized to show patriotism with children. In honor of these celebrations, muggle competitions for women and kite competitions for children were organized.

Bogipalu was poured for the children to remind them of the tradition. Under the direction of TLCA Cultural Chair Sumanth Ramsetty, Co-Chair Kiran Parvatala and Divya Dommaraju, these celebrations were held in celebration of tradition, cultural glory and patriotism and entertained many people.Heroine Ashureddy, singer Tulumudi Sruthiranjani, singer Arun Koundinya Musunuri, choreographer Satyamaster and others participated in these celebrations. Raffle prizes were provided by Maddipatla Foundation.
