Do you have a first aid kit?
@tmarrr I’m glad you finally got one! Heck, i’m surprised you didn’t keep one in the bug with you with all the work you do yourself on it.
One thing you find in situations like that, where there are projectiles, blunt trauma, and everything is that a normal first aid kit doesn’t really help much when it’s full of just 200 band aids and a sewing kit lol. The one I had for the longest time was basically patterned off a mix of an EMS trauma kit and a marine corps SFAK/IFAK (squad and individual first aid kit). Lots of things for wrapping and splinting, lots of blood stoppers, and immobilizers. And a fuck ton of chemical ice packs! I always found those were the things that were most common injuries I came across... people slamming hands in car doors, people cutting themselves on stuff, people falling and breaking something. Whenever I was out and about... band aids weren’t in big demand but rolled gauze was. Oh and PPE is so important... especially now with COVID... safety glasses/face shield... mask... gloves ... and a gown!!! Stuff you can just throw away fast.
