Thinking about how August, The Knocker, and Lenny would react to each other all stalking the same person.
I can see Lenny almost functioning as some sort of feral guard dog for you (if his happiness level is high enough). No hostile mobs approach you when he's by your side, even the non-hostile ones avoid you like the plague. If he sees August or The Knocker nearby it's ON SIGHT, he's not sharing you with anybody. Good luck trying to calm your feral spider stalker down afterwards, because now he's even more preoccupied with keeping everybody and everything away from you.
August is just pissed off the other two are getting in the way of his "quality time" with his darling (AKA trying to stab you and psychologically terrorize you lmao). He finds The Knocker annoying, and he enjoys "stealing his kill" via interrupting his attemps to kill you by killing him first then immediately killing you too afterwards. Lenny would be a nuisance to him with how he's almost constantly around you, ready to pounce if anybody comes close. At this point, he makes sure to bring a few golden apples to lure Lenny away just so he can have his time with you.
Technically The Knocker is arguably the only one out of the three to not have an obsession with the Player rooted in a desire for companionship. I get the vibe that he's only there to annoy/scare the shit out of you. I find it funny to imagine him being weirded out by the other's infatuation with you. Like imagine he just stumbles upon some shrine Lenny made of you and being trying to figure out why the hell there's so many of your items and poorly made drawings of you scattered everywhere. I also like the idea of The Knocker, while amused by your stalker predicament, simultaneously getting more and more annoyed over time that these randos are taking up all of your attention. How the hell is he supposed to enjoy terrorizing you if you're already busy dealing with two other psychos? This probably does trigger some screwed up feeling of jealousy to where his need to torment you and have all of your attention morphs into an obsession with YOU as a whole, not just your reactions.
Congratulations! You now have three stalkers whom are all obsessed with you in the worst way possible :)
