I am so fucking exhausted, there's nothing that i want more in this world than to sleep right now but my nose is a disgusting uncontrollable waterfall of snot

i’m getting a headache and my nip nops are hurting so i think i’m definitely gonna have cramps tonight or tomorrow morning

luckily i already got a pad in but i think i’m gonna go lie down for a bit

god why do my periods have to be so fucking heavy the first few days i hate the smell and nine times out of ten when putting a new pad in it twists over between my legs and euuguguh

the good thing is that my cramps last maybe 12 hours at the most and then it’s just trying to manage the blood for the rest of the week so
