No because you don’t get it. Alastor had found an EQUAL in Vox… can you imagine spending all your life and afterlife considering yourself unique and alone mostly out of self-preservation, and then finding someone who is on your same level. Vox gets Alastor, they both share a passion for entertainment, they’re extremely driven to obtain their goals, and on top of it all they’re both self-serving assholes. How tragic must it be to have always put your safety first, making sure you’re always in your own league, and then turning around to realize you’re not alone anymore. That there’s someone who gets you, sees through you, likes you.

And how awful must it have been for Alastor to think that person only ever wanted to use him.

I just googled this and… yes, it’s absolutely real.

And there are so many articles and videos and discussions. Like, the scientific community is buzzing about this.

So much research will have to be redone because the data was absolutely compromised, off by orders of magnitude, by using standard lab gloves.

The world is probably not horrifically contaminated by microplastics. Sterile laboratories, however, are contaminated by latex and nitrile gloves.
