THIS IS LIKE A SUMMARY OF TOBY and why I HATE him!!
so Toby is a character in mutants unleashed the mutant mayhem game, he’s introduced as this entrepreneur guy who invites Leo to this human mutant community hall thingy to cut the ribbon. He cheers Leo on when he’s nervous before this big speech.
After that Toby is the specific friend Leo has (all the turtles have them, and they are good friends too for the other brothers!! And around the same age as them too while Toby is 23 the bum) you can do missions and stuff to advance these friendships. Tho Toby and Leo are less friends and more like mentor apprentice, Toby helps Leo lead a softball team, gives leading advice and encourages him. I think Leo genuinely looked up to him.
Later in the game Toby gives sai(an important character, he’s doing all the science stuff to help unpheremone the mewbies) a lab after his blew up. Which seems really kind but Toby lied (or well I think it was “I’ll take care of this don’t worry about it Leo”)to Leo about some paperwork that states that Toby owns all of sai’s research, which is especially bad bc Leo probably don’t know shit about laws or contracts .This doesn’t come back up until later though.
Anyway the turtles are trying their hardest to save the city and their plan is to put this anti pheromone stuff onto pizza and feed it too the aggressive pheromoned mutants but SOMEONE(GUESS WHO?? TOBY)!!! sabotaged them and now all the mutants are even more pheromoned and crazy. ITS NOT GOOD!!
From memory the last little bit of the story concludes and ends normally IF you didn’t get the Leo and Toby friendship to 100% but if you did Leo catches Toby on a phone call

in game you enter another secret fight where the turtles are fighting mech Toby on top of a blimp, the turtles beat him ofc, then he tries to play victim and say he’ll tell the cops the brothers used him as a Guinea pig for this other pheromone thingy that affects humans.
Then once caught by Donnie’s drone which recorded everything so the turtles are safe he goes on to say THIS

THIS IS ONE OF THE ONLY IF NOT THE ONLY REFERENCES TO SHREDDER OUTSIDE THE END CREDITS IN THE MUTANT MAYHEM UNIVERSE
TOBY HAS NO REMORSE OR GUILT FOR BETRAYING LEO HES SO HREEDY I HATE HIMMMM

In conclusion😌 Toby is a greedy bum who lied too and betrayed and took advantage of leo as well as helping TCRI and THE SHREDDER 🤯🤯🤯which is sos so bad for the turtles, not only this but he very clearly doesn’t feel regret or even an ounce of guilt about it
