best candy flavors are sour candies. but not like, weird jolly rancher sour like it has to be something that’s MEANT to be sour like warheads or those squeezy juice things with the pops 

those pops attached to the sour squeezy juice? delectable, a candy fit for a king, first choice

if no sour candies are available, anything cotton candy or root beer flavored is acceptable. they taste great for 20-40 seconds and then they make the Teeth Hurt. 7/10

if all else fails gummy candies are acceptable, swedish fish are the best but ONLY THE ORIGINAL RED ONES I DO NOT WANT YOUR LIME FLAVORED FISH! 

orange and grape are the worst flavors UNLESS they are orange slices candy or nerds. this is followed closely by green apple flavoring, it’s on thin fucking ice 2/10

starbursts and laffy taffy? Sickening. 0/10, you get nothing good DAY SIR 

PEPPERMINT TASTES LIKE HELLFIRE IN YOUR MOUTH AND IN THIS HOUSE WE STAN WINTERGREEN ONLY 

candy corn good. but only to a certain point. there’s an Exact Number Of Corns that you can eat that are good and satisfying. anything above that is disgusting and anything below that is underwhelming 

i have not figured out where this number is but research shows it is somewhere between 5-100
