"Tortie"

First attempt at black and white feline photography. The flash obviously did not have good impact on her facial expression. I didn't pay enough attention to my background to notice the pillows. And I HATE that her ear is cut off. But even though I just pointed out the three biggest blunders of this photo...I still love it. It's in her personality to be right in your face, demanding pets, no matter what. Even when that means I am holding a weird flashing contraption; she doesn't care.

The Start

I want to start my little project by saying thank you to all and any who care to stop by for a look around my little slice of Tumblr. Here I hope to showcase my successes and failures as a growing photographer. To start I will likely post a couple of my to-date favorites and let the flow go from there. Any and all comments, messages, etc are welcome and I openly accept that my work will be critiqued and judged as you all see fit. Have fun!
