“When you said we were going to be doing ‘light work’, I wasn’t thinking it’d be boring work,” Kon grumbled as he rolled onto his back against the roof’s gravel. “How long are we gonna be staring at those guys anyways?” Ok, it was currently on Tim, doing the staring right now, seeing as how Kon’s starfish sprawl left his gaze pointed at the sky, but same difference. He was still listening.
His skin wasn’t itching with trying to rip itself apart anymore and he was no longer throwing up thanks to his long duration under a red sun bea in the fortress, and Clark and Kelex’s splicy needlework thing, but it was still an adjustment being out and about again, which left him irritable and lethargic.
