Hello my dears!

Our Nice And Accurate Network Discord started an Advent Calendar this year, and I had the honor and the pleasure to be the Day 19's artist.

So, once upon a time...

Crowley is a freshly retired soldier, back to civilian life. Searching for quieter activities, he first works in security services for companies, exhibits or shows, then he finally settles in the countryside, as a night watchman in a municipal museum and its old library.

Books, pictures, statues and old items, everywhere. Alone and free of any colleague or disturbance, Crowley spends his night shifts looking at the surveillance screens while trying to learn guitar or enjoying some good audiobooks. Roaming around in the dark alleyways and enjoying the silence. Perfect job for such a solitary man.

Until one fateful night, when Crowley realises that the library already had a guardian, sneaking out of his own painting, trotting along the crumbling staircases and the dusted showcases.

An angel, graceful and luminous, tidying up books that weren’t in the right place, reading everything he could with a curious enthusiasm and a wonderful smile.

Time passes. It’s been a year now, and they are… colleagues? No. Friends? Probably even more. And for this new particular night, Crowley wants to gift his Angel with a little something.

To give him back just the smallest part of the awe he feels every night.

Because...

A hell of a neighbour

Imagine you wake up one day and discover someone moving to the flat next door. And when you go to greet them — and ask for them to lower the volume on the bebop they insist on blasting — you face this. Yellow eyes, a delvishy smirk, waves of red hair. You may not know why someone would be wearing contacts like that while moving — they do seem quite bothersome — but you do know your life will be now much less peaceful.

Summary:

Aziraphale is living peacefully until a new person occupies the neighbouring flat. Crowley is loud and infuriating on purpose. His cat-like contacts are also pretty weird, but Aziraphale finds himself mesmerised by them. What, exactly, is his neighbour?

Crowley is retired. His new life among humans would be cut to be annoying and boring, but his neighbour shows him there's more to it. It's all worthy it if he can get under Aziraphale's nerves... or his sheets.

Let me be good to you

Even after all they had been through, Crowley was hesitant to make requests, especially when they were of a more… intimate variety. He had been assured, in more ways than one, that his thoughts and feelings were just as valid as Aziraphale’s. But there was something to be told about old habits and their stubborn refusal to die. No matter how useless they turned out to be in the end.

“What would you say about… taking more… control?”

The hand in his hair stilled for a moment, before resuming its placating caresses in a slower and more intentional manner.

“Of what?”

Even though his eyes remained firmly closed, Crowley could hear the mild curiosity in Aziraphale’s voice—the way his tone itched ever-so higher in his effort to remain nonchalant.

Crowley squirmed a bit, suddenly tense all over. “Of— of me, angel.”

Or...

Crowley asks for Aziraphale to try being a bit more dominant in the bedroom, and the angel is simply not one to back down from such a challenge.

The TNAN Discord server invited you to take a look at the fourth installment of our Exquisite Corpse game!

Summary

'It was supposed to be a quiet afternoon, they were taking Aziraphale out for sushi. But unexpected car trouble has put a dent in Crowley's plans. Granting sentience to your Car is all fair when you don't want to worry about gas or the use of pedals in an emergency. But things become decidedly more complicated when the inanimate objects you're used to terrorising suddenly start to talk back.'

Each player writes about 300 words when they are randomly chosen and the next player has to continue the story. We do this until the story feels finished and every story goes in wonderful unexpected direction!

No Way Up (G, 6.5K)

May I present to you the third installment of the TNAN discord server's Exquisite Corpse game!

The whole point of a magical elevator is supposed to be that it doesn't malfunction. So when the doors opened to the literal pits of hell, the newly appointed Supreme Archangel found himself in need of an escape plan, he was almost grateful that it was random demons he encountered first and not a certain Duke.

The rules of our game are as follows: one starts the story with a soft limit of 300 words; another person is tagged, and continues the story following the same rules. Round and round it goes until we feel the story is done! The end result is a story full of twists and unexpected events.

This one is a delicious cocktail of mystery, angst, action and a whole lot of heart (and pspsps - it might be my favorite one to date). Read the full series on Ao3!

One of my biggest 2025 personal Good Omens projects. Started in February, achieved in July. Almost gave up on this one in the middle of the process, but so proud to see it achieved, finally!!

Back to back. Wings open wide, chin out and daring eyes.

Not talking, not EVEN looking at each other.

As if they can't work together - or even tolerate each other anymore.

His Highness Aziraphale, in a somptuous angelic battle suit, purple eyes as the true Supreme Archangel and Commander of the Heavenly Host.

The Grand Duke of Hell Crowley, wearing once again the Season 1 silver chain, claiming he is back in Satan's Army.

But… What if?

Back to back, as if they can't work together anymore… Or, isn't it for protecting the other's blind spot?

Why Aziraphale's shadow (soul?) in the background does still have his blue eyes? And why Crowley's golden irises glow exactly like the angel's features?

Not talking, not even looking at each other. And still, same as back then on the Wall of Eden, or in front of the Noah's Ark, or sat on their bench in St James Park, they are looking in the same direction. And what do we usually say about love and partnership… but "it's looking together in the same direction"?

And this snake, embracing the archangelic halo, whispering to Aziraphale's soul and ear… And Crowley's snake tattoo, secretly glowing in gold?

No talking, no back channels.

And still, they'll resist. They'll fight. At some point, I'm sure they'll communicate, in their own special way. They'll manage to work with each other, and protect what they like best. As always.

Love is their Resistance.

I'm not dead, yeaaaaah-

2025 has been a tough year until now, with me going back to work but still having health issues (old ones and new ones, sadly). I had to step back a little from my socials and focus on my wellness. I'm still fighting, yes! And though I can't draw as much as I did in 2023 and 2024, art is still a way for me to breath and create new purposes (when I'm not spiraling about my lack of creativity, my incompetence and/or my full-color hazardous skills, but my dear friends <3 @eybefioro and @captainblou are always there for me when I'm losing ground.)

For this one, I was inspired by my giftee Ellie and her prompts, "1941 minisodes", "sock garters", "suspenders" and "roleplay". I couldn't restrain myself to add ineffable love and messy clothes, teehee! I wanted a very specific light for this piece, and I think I nailed it as much as I could with my current skills.

Let's just say that we are post-season 3 time, somewhere in the South Downs, when our Ineffables decide to... "revisit" old memories and specific situations? Here are my thoughts about 1941, after the Magic Show. Back in the bookshop, under the candle lights, everything suddenly seems possible...
