I finished the Starless Sea, it's an excellent book. One of those "everything" books with lots of different characters, times, places. Oh it's good. Different from the Night Circus and just as good.

Made me inspired to work on The Nation of the Last Breath, which is also called Anhelare, and also the Iron Gravekeeper. Scheanra's story. That poor iron dog-dragon. I love her so much. Time to make her suffer more!

Working on more of my book, completely redoing the outline after spending months retooling world building and war. This book is about how it feels to be used, and how much you should listen to who's in charge of you.

I have thirty one (31!) days left to finish the first draft of my novel, The Nation of the Last Breath. I've finished about 156,000+ words and a little more than 25 chapters or so, I promise I'll use these next four weeks to get it all done!!

I'm currently working on a collection of dragon mannerisms for when rewriting Nation of the Last Breath. I basically wrote an entire book about dragons that act way too human

If anyone has dragon mannerisms and body language suggestions not just for dragons but robotic dragons, shadow and star dragons, and elemental dragons like mole like earthen dragons, fishy water dragons, fiery dog dragons, and airy bird dragons, feel free to share.

The Dragonfire that is wanting to write this book has been lit under my ass again. Heavily rewriting the story with some better characters but pretty much the same plot. One character who feels she has no free will surrounded by others who don't at all, all trying to save the universe and destroy it at the same time.

I'm having the time of my life reading the Constitutional Act of Denmark and figuring out how ancient shadow dragons gods would write their own Constitution and Codex. Legally Blonde gave me an interest in law and writing about how dragon legislators, lawyers, and cops would go around doing law stuff in a universe of powerful elemental and conceptual gods is so fascinating to me!!!!!

So I'm on like. Chapter 17 of The Nation of the Last Breath and I'm already thinking of lots of other titles it could have. Poll time! Tell me what you think. It's supposed to be a book about dragon gods battling for the future of all things.
