Skulking || Harley & Open
The mother of two hadn't slept the whole night. It was impossible to when she was back in this place, in this time, with these people. Every corner she turned she was smacked in the face with guilt. But Harley still felt too trapped to go back on her decisions now. She'd even heard the sounds of her least favourite daughter screaming and crying out in pain, but had never approached to stop it. All she had done was walk away, telling herself she couldn't have changed it anyway, and that trying to stop Slade would have only caused more damage. Definitely Mother of the Year. Harley had been lost in these thoughts when she turned a literal corner and ran straight into someone. Before she knew what she was doing, she threw a punch at them. It was a reflex, but one she could have probably stopped if she'd have wanted to.
Baby! It's Cold Outside || Tron
Winter had struck the castle and the grounds were filled with snow, the halls decorated as Hagrid prepared the annual Christmas tree. Everything was falling into place, and yet there was still a small empty feeling at the pit of Tracey's stomach, watching as everyone became excited over plans for the holiday break, she couldn't help, but long for the days such a thing would excite her. Pushing herself off her seat in the Great Hall, she tugged her winter coat off the bench and pulled it over her shoulders. The warmth instantly offering some form of comfort as she made her way out.
The clinging of forks still rang through the Entrance Hall, and the spirit of Christmas lingered along the halls. No longer wishing to be surrounded by the festivities, Tracey pushed open the double doors and welcomed the sudden gust of wind brushing the hair out of her eyes. The sound of just her heels echoing on the cobblestone welcoming as he trudged through the snow toward the pitch.
It was a bit odd for someone that had spent very little time on a broom to find comfort in such a place, yet she somehow did. Perhaps it was the peaceful aura it brought on evenings when everyone else was occupied elsewhere,or simply the open space. Regardless, it had always been her go to place for thinking at Hogwarts.
Finding her place in the midst of the field, she plopped down into the icy cold snow before leaning back onto her hood as a pillow. The sky above darker than the previous nights she had spent out on the pitch due to the cold month of December, while the stars seemed to glisten just a little brighter, she quickly found herself at peace in her thoughts once more as she hummed to herself.
Tracey had taken advantage of her summer months, despite having just opened a studio. She knew she needed time away from the town she had just begun to call home. It wasn't easy, making the decision due to financials, but once an opportunity struck, she couldn't say no. A summer filled with doing what she loved more than anything in the world. Not only just doing it, being paid to do it. It would surely only help the studio rise into something greater.
A Day in the Park||Open
Tessa was spending the sunny day like any other, down at the local park with her nose buried in a book. She had decided to leave her brunette hair down and wear a black t-shirt, shorts and sandals. She left her house early in the morning and walked the short distance to the park where she found a quiet and secluded spot out of view and began to read one of the many books she had brought with her.
