I am learning about myself Every day. Mostly I am trying to understand How to accept love from a man Who gives it so freely When my whole life I've fought for someone to love me.

The words roll off your tongue like butter And I wonder How long they have been trapped between your teeth. I say "me too" to free me From having to say all three words, When not all my heart agrees.
