sorry i just reblogged a lot of shayy controversy stuff, i know it's been a little while since that all happened and some people dont want to think about it anymore.

long rant about shayy, misgendering in the community because of this, the victims, and replacement youtubers/streamers you can watch instead of them under the cut.

i felt like it was important to bring back that you shouldnt misgender someone just for being a bad person. it shows that they only deserve to be correctly gendered if they live up to your standards. it's also that i've been remembering how astralspiff, one of my favourite and biggest comfort youtubers/streamers, collabed with them not too long before the reveal. it's really sad to me. i know spiff didnt know either, no one except the people involved did, and im not mad at him. im just sad that i thought that was cool because my two favourite people were collabing, then finding out a few days later that one of them was beyond terrible.

while im writing this, i might as well say that i hope the victims of this awful person can find peace and happiness after this. and for all the people like me, the people who loved shayy, i hope that we can all find some way to move on from them and find better people. i will list a few youtubers beneath this as a replacement and may come back to add more.

CiblesGD - She was a common collaborator with Shayy, one of their victims, and is also an UTDR youtuber/streamer. They often make videos about theories for upcoming Deltarune chapters, videos on said chapters, and UTDR fangames.

MysticSlime - An UTDR youtuber who is good friends with Cibles and was good friends with Shayy. He makes relatively similar content to Cibles.

Astralspiff - Silly, usually long-form youtuber/streamer who makes content about games he finds interesting. It was mainly FNaF a few years ago.

Seek's Stuff - Undertale/Deltarune youtuber who uses their art skill to make incredible works, whether it be visual art, remixes, or even mods for games.

ToadBup - A purple toad guy who makes videos about horror stuff, usually creepypastas and horror fangames related to popular I.P.'s like sonic and mario.

that's all i can think of for now, but i'll come back to this if i think of anything else.
