as much as i hate modern setting shakespeare, i do love the heart hands our toby does when he says “sneck up” which makes it effectively “kill yourself 🫶”
noticing a lot of hamlet/twelfth night parallels but definitely the biggest difference so far is the relationship between the uncle character and his nephew/neice like claudius wishes he was toby belch
Never underestimate the amount of tragic/sad backstories I can give to some of my fav TN characters
