Summary: After stumbling across a seemingly forgotten '80s text-based game, a young woman accidentally unleashes a curse that not only affects her, but everyone around her.

Generic execution of intriguing premise, frustrating waste of good cast. Genuinely unsettling moments help prop it up, though.

Junkyard Favorite Toby Meakins continues padding his genre resume with quality short films, one right after another. His latest frightful film stars the uber-talented Georgina Campbell, who came on my radar after starring in the Black Mirror episode “Hang the DJ” (a must-see). Most scary stories around elevators have served as warnings to avoid the 13th floor, but this film shows that the 9 1/2 floor is no slouch when it comes to providing terror.

Junkyard favorite, Toby Meakins, is primed to be the next rising star in Horror. The talented filmmaker has a knack for creating eerie, captivating stories that look as good, if not better, than most features. We’ve seen it with BREATHE and GHOSTER in the past, and LOT254 also displays his talent. Finding an old camera has never been so terrifying. Don’t be surprised if this short gets turned into a feature film down the line.

I don't remember much about Choose or Die but I recall it being a wholly mediocre film that I felt I wasted my time watching.
