my friend texted me last night for the first time in about a month. I think she was drunk but she said she missed me and asked where I have been. I came very close to replying but instead I kinda fell apart. I'm scared and the guilt is too much. Why is it so hard to say that my mental health has gone to shit and this self-imposed isolation is the end result, along a confusing combination of anxiety, depression, and at times just utter emptiness. I can't tell anymore whether my consistent chest pains are just the physical effects, or if there's actually something else wrong with me. I need help but im afraid to reach out. I miss you so much.
