Breakfast: Strawberry smoothie from Starbucks
Lunch: Mongolian grill noodles with tofu and veggies
Snack: Green tea, finished mongolian grill
Dinner: Chipotle bowl w/ chips
My best friend and I were talking about this today-- we look fly as fuck. It’s not even about looking a certain way. I just want to be able to fit into my shorts and pants. I used to be a size 00-1, depending on the fit and brand of the denim. And suddenly a lot of my jeans and shorts frankly do not fit me and are extremely uncomfortable, and I find myself struggling to find clean yoga pants every day so I can squeeze myself into spandex and pretend that I’m comfortable with my body. I know from proof that starvation does work and impact weight loss from previous experiences, but I am making a pact to stay away from that for obvious reasons. At this point, it’s better to go a little overboard than to stop eating in total, I’m already extremely sick and am about to go into sinus surgery. Power through! Hopefully being hope for a week over spring break springboards me back into nutrition and fitness.
