Today was a rough day. So glad Cooper is in bed and I really hope he doesn't wake up overnight. I'm exhausted. Hopefully he wakes up in a better mood and feeling better! I think this is starting to become a pattern. Dads first day back at work after the weekend he just plays up, gets sad, grumpy and just difficult. Hopefully we have a better day tomorrow. I have a million loads of washing to do and need him to Co operate. I will even fill up the pool if it makes him happy. (And if we get some sun)
Cooper has woken up not feeling too great today. He hasn't eaten anything and only just drank half his sippy cup of milk even though it's 10.15am and he woke up at 7. He keeps saying mum, asking for cuddles and the fidgeting. Now he has started saying "I'm broken" 😢 poor baby.
All I have done is sit on my phone all day, and build a car tunnel and Lego tower. I am so tired. Cooper has been painful all day. It's so hot and he only napped like an hour and that was on the couch so I couldn't try and squeeze in a nap either. I am exhausted. 4 weeks until this baby is here. I am ready for my body back now!
I hope this kid is feeling better today
I am exhausted. Cooper ended up sleeping in our bed from about 1.30 am after I had given up. He kept getting up and crying in our room, I was trying for 2 hours to get him to stay in his bed. He would jump in his bed willingly, drift off then wake up again crying about 5 minutes after I left. I couldn't keep getting up and down, i just gave up. Cooper was so tired he ended up sleeping all night in our bed, this is a first, Cooper is a shocking mover in his sleep and loved his own space just like his mum lol. It was a bit of a battle of spaces last night but it was better than getting up and down 1000 times. So tired.
Cooper napped on the way home, so like a good 30-40 minutes, woke up and started whining until we got home. I figured he was hungry as it was way past dinner time, I gave him an icy pole while I made dinner... He didn't finish said icy pole and kept whining at me like mini crying... so I carried him around while I quickly made some noodles. . He kept whining. He went and sat down at his table when dinner was ready, had like 3 mouthfuls and a bite of his sandwich kept whining. Gave me cuddles. I said you can go to bed if you want to, it's okay. ... I had to actually get him out of his bed change his nappy and put him in his pj's. Now he is in bed going to sleep. Didn't even have a milk like he usually does before bed. He just wanted to go to bed, I hope he isn't getting sick and I really hope it's not going to be a late night 😦😞
Cloth Nappy problem.
When your 20 month old doesn't understand that these nappies do not go in the bin after a nappy change so he puts your clean ones in the bin. Then when you show him it doesn't go in the bin he grabs a dirty disposable out of the bin and puts it in his bag. -_-
Cooper bough his toy tiger into the loungeroom and started saying "poo poo" while looking down the back of its shorts! So funny!
