DERBYVERSE HELP!

So I bought new skates and plates HUZZAH! I have a problem though and I need some derbyverse suggestions. So I recently brought a Pilot Falcon F-16 plate with the Bionic toestop, and am having issues with loosening and tightening up the toe stop. The allan key does not want to budge (like its tightened all the way) but the toestop is still loose and jiggles about and turns. I don't want to re-thread the allan key bit, so I thought I'd ask you guys and see what you knew. GO TEAM ROLLER DERBY PEEPS HELP ME.
