you know what? fuck fandom wars. fuck all the drama and hate in the kpop community.
a lot of people shit on idols they don’t like but look -- do you see what they’re doing?! these people of all ages and backgrounds fighting tirelessly for their dreams, working themselves into exhaustion and pain to give us everything they got.
i can’t even imagine what it’s like being an idol. they’re mistreated by their companies and basically killing themselves and they just KEEP GOING! I can barely get through a week of school! it’s amazing what they do, but some of you just don’t think about that. have you tried some of those dance routines? they will KICK YOUR ASS!
sure, sometimes people might not be your type. you might not like how jennie acts or the way namjoon talks, but what does that have to do with their music? Is jennie’s bad attitude really keeping you from listening to some BANGERS like How you Like That? I’d never want to meet BTS, but ya know what? I’m gonna vibe to Idol like it’s my last day on earth.
Why would you spend your time putting down these people that are just doing what they love? Have you ever benefitted from calling Taehyung ugly? can you really be proud of raising rumors of taeyong just for the fun of it? i just... don’t understand.
just have fun listening to the music. if you don’t like a song, that’s cool, we all have our own taste-- just don’t listen to that song. it’s really that simple.
love the groups you want and just let the others live. there’s no reason to be fighting or spreading hate.
and, who knows, some of those groups you hate on could have some discography that you REALLY LOVE! you just pushed it away. what’s the harm in being a little bit more open about the music you have?
seriously, just look at the USA. all we do is hate and fight and look where it got us--DON’T LET THE KPOP COMMUNITY BECOME TRUMP’S AMERICA
