Inkypages headcanons? 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🙏

My honest reaction to seeing this:

I think I could share a few of my headcanons for my absolute favorite lmk ship, it’s not like I have a lot- (thank you so much for asking this I need to ramble about these two dorks and all my thoughts and ideas for them I am absolutely not normal about them)

1: Their first kiss was absolutely nerve racking for them, both Tang and Macaque weren’t sure on how to go about doing this cause they’ve never kissed each other before, Macaque was pretty quiet and Tang was kinda rambling-

2: Macaque has his own sort of way of showing he cares, he’s not really shown affection to someone in a long time, and he probably gets kinda unsure how to go about it, but Tang can tell he cares

3: These two definitely try to steal food from each other, it’s fun for both of them and they come up with different ways to get from the other, it’s almost like a game for them

4: They’ve accidentally done the noodle kiss thing from the Lady and the Tramp, probably even multiple times

5: Tang is an absolute nervous wreck when it comes to more intimate and romantic gestures, he doesn’t dislike them, but he’s not the most used to them per se?

6: Macaque is definitely a tease, and it is very easy for him to tease and get a reaction out of Tang

7: It took a bit before Macaque was really comfortable with physical touch, specifically with his face and ears being touched, but once he was okay with it, Macaque kinda melts into Tangs touch

8: Macaque is comfortable showing his appearance without glamour when he and Tang are alone, though he was nervous when he first showed it to Tang, but Tang didn’t treat him any differently than before

9: Macaque shadow clones definitely are more expressive in showing affection and are more forward with their feelings and teasing. If shadow clones are around, you can bet Tang is gonna be teased and turn into a blushing mess-

10: Tang gets incredibly nervous when the giant macaque shadow clone is around, when he was first held by it he was absolutely on the verge of passing out, it’s not that he thinks it’ll hurt him, but it’s really big and strong and intimidating-

11: When Tang and Macaque do get more intimate and such, they tend to sorta forget about or not pay attention to their surroundings, they have definitely had times where they’ve were doing romantic fruity couple stuff, and didn’t realize someone was watching them or in the same room, until they noticed them-

12: Macaque enjoys listening to Tangs rambles, but he does also sometimes like cutting him off mid ramble with a kiss to tease him

13: They’ve tried on each others scarves, Macaque’s is super super comfortable, though it kinda smells. Tangs scarf is nice and easy to wear

14: Tang watches and really enjoys Macaque’s shadow plays, they’re very fun and Tang likes seeing Macaque do something he has fun with

15: If they sleep together, Tang is the one who ends up being held by Macaque, and when he wakes up he is absolutely flustered and Macaque is just grinning cause he thinks Tangs reaction is cute and funny

16: They like stargazing together, Macaque knows lots of good places to look at the stars at with Tang

17: Tang has actually tried food made by Macaque and it’s not bad, Tang can’t cook to save his life though so cooking is not an option for him sadly

18: Macaque has not shown Tang his video game and actually tries to hide it from him- (there may or may not be a Tang character in the game but who knows???)

19: Macaque was the one to first express interest in Tang (Wukong definitely caught onto Macaque’s feelings for Tang and was just waiting for when he was finally gonna go make a move, probably just straight up asked, “So when are you gonna tell Tang you like him?” With the biggest grin on his face)

20: When Macaque is telling Tang about his adventures, he does so with shadowplays and such, he likes having visuals and dramatic flair, he enjoys seeing how invested Tang gets in his tales

21: Macaque has tried on Tangs glasses, he thinks it’s kinda funny

22: Tang is not good at giving Macaque nicknames, but Macaque has really cute nicknames for Tang-

23: Macaque doesn’t let Tang work or study on something too much to a point where it gets in the way of him sleeping or such.

24: Macaque also has a tab at Pigsys shop, he and Tang have both not paid their tabs yet, and they probably have no plans to do so any time soon.

25: Tang has seen Macaque draw, he likes his art. Macaque has actually seen Tang draw before and he’s actually pretty good at it!

26: Macaque has done some monkey stuff with Tang before, like checking his hair for bugs and such, even though Tang is not a monkey, and although Tang isn’t used to it, he doesn’t mind it.

27: Macaque has carried Tang a lot in different ways for different reasons, and he’s acts like it’s just, business as usual depending on the situation

28: When Macaque is flustered, he’s quiet, kinda tries to act unphased, avoids eye contact. When Tang is flustered, he’s a stuttering, rambling, nervous wreck

29: Macaque sometimes likes to turn into an animal or other person or just use the shadows to sorta watch Tang, and Tang actually gets a feeling that Macaque is around when this does happen, even if he can’t see him.

And that’s all the headcanons I could think of on the top of my head to share, there’s most likely more but I don’t wanna make a long list, so I only shared a few of them. Thanks for letting me share some of my inkypages thoughts-
