FLAG BURNING
,Okay I haven’t been on in forever, but seeing as ranting political shit on Facebook will leave me outnumbered and friendless, Twitter doesn’t have enough characters, I’m here. Guess I’ll start off with this,
WHO THE FUCK CARES???
Too much attention is focused on the act of flag burning rather than the intent of the act. The flag is meant to be treasured, NOT WORSHIPED. If someone burns the flag for a protest or whatever the reason and you find yourself angered, maybe you should try to understand their reasons.
As for the people saying it disrespects our soldiers, shut the fuck up. First of all, the people saying this are the same people who won’t donate a dollar to any campaign for military troops. Second, soldiers don’t fight for the flag but what the flag represents, America. So burning a piece of fabric isn’t a terrible thing. It’s funny to think if you go to someone who is just an average Joe and burn a flag in front of them they might just get so heated and even try to fight you for it. As if they live and breathe America even though just the other day they are the same ones complaining about taxes or any other problem here. If you would get mad if someone in front of you burns it, ask yourself, does this hurt you? Is this really hurting America by burning this insignificant piece of fabric? Do you really care? In the end, contrary to popular belief, America is not the best place on Earth.
As said by Tom Farrier, Retired USAF command pilot; “Burn a flag, get people mad. Make every effort to mock something held dear by others, get people mad.” Which is what flag burners are trying to do, get attention to start a conversation. And it works.
Lastly, what made me write this was when I saw a “friend” on Facebook share a video of a FedEx employee snatching flags from people trying to burn it and even fighting with them. People need to remember that no matter what their opinion is, in the end, it’s freedom of expression. It’s our first amendment right and if you don’t like that, “get out of the country”.

the weird kinship euphoria you feel when you walk into a class and you see the professor and/or any of your classmates is the same ethnicity as you what’s up with that
!!!!!FRIENDLY REMINDER THAT YOU SHOULDN'T TAKE NO SHIT FROM NO ONE EVEN IF IT'S FROM YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU ARE AN AMAZING PERSON AND JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK SOMETHING BAD ABOUT YOURSELF IT DOESN'T MEAN IT'S TRUE!!!!!
