happy storyteller saturday! what is one of your character's fondest memories? how about their LEAST fond memory?

Tooie has the most fleshed out story rn so I'll talk about her! her backstory is actually pretty tragic but her fondest memories are with The Jackdaws, a group of crows that adopted her and taught her how to be a rogue. they're a closely-knit bunch and treat eachother like family and are very protective over Tooie and try their best to keep her out of trouble lol her least fondest memory is losing her druid friend during a fierce battle trying to protect a village. there was a large explosion that caused her to collapse and lose her memory temporarily, when she awoke everything was gone except for his wooden staff, which she carries with her. though the village regards her as a hero, she feels hollow, unable to recall her friend's name or his face. now she travels the world, searching endlessly on a journey to find her long lost friend.

Okay so... Hear me out on this

Gruntilda from the Banjo-Kazooie series, the with that loses more and more of herself in every sequel... Are we just gonna ignore the fact that she is also technically a semi successful tycoon via Witchyworld and Grunty Industries?

Now I know what you are saying “Wasn’t Witchyworld shut down for health code violations and whatnot?” To which the answer is yes... kinda. Because the place still had employees working there and had visitors partaking in the amusement (Boggy’s Wife and Kids). Not to mention that it was made unclosed by a giant magical laser and frankly no law or health code can stop that even if they wanted to.

With that being said, we can also assume that Grunty’s sisters were managing things when she was trapped under that boulder for three years or so. But who is running the business end of things at the end of Tooie after Grunty killed her sisters via a quiz show and accidentally blew up her body? Did Banjo and his friends cause the mass unemployment of TWO major worlds because of this?

I demand answers damnit!
