My pastimes include turning Mal Cobb into the Freddy Krueger of the Inception world
1, 2... Mal Cobb is coming for you
3, 4... You're gonna' dream some more
5, 6... You're gonna' miss the kick
I can't think of 7 - 10, but I think I've damaged my reputation enough.
Our cat was laying on the scarf Tuck is using for his Aufidius costume, and instead of scooting her away, I defended her by saying, 'Well, he is a lion,' and he called her Cattius Mewius.

4. If you could live in any home on television, what would it be?
ErrrâŚ. I wouldnât mind living in Patriciaâs flat building in The Take. Much snazz. OR THE MUNSTERS OR ADDAMS FAMILY HOME.
14. If you could live in one movie, which one would it be?
NOLANâS BATMAN FILMS. Definitely. Iâd be 100000% there for Gotham City.
18. Who is the last person you texted and tell us a story about them.
The last person I texted was my mum, and one day⌠on Motherâs Day, she said, letâs go do a rain dance. And so we went out in the field next to our house, made a rain circle with stones and gnarled little twigs and danced in the circle, like witches. The clouds above started getting dark and Every time thunder rumbled we shouted at the top of our lungs, âMIGHTY THUNDER!â and it actually did start raining. Magical witch daughter and mum.

5. Share one of your strengths.
Errr, I think writing⌠stress in characters? Writing characters when theyâre stressed out is something I feel Iâm fairly strong in.
6. Share one of your weaknesses.
I know Iâm absolute trash at writing really graphic smut. I canât do it. If thereâs a sex scene in a fic, Iâm sure many have already figured out, itâll be really literary and not at all vulgar. Although, sometimes, language depends on the character. I donât think I could write a fic that was entirely motivated by sex, though.

Ah, hell. I didnât anticipate questions like these - suppose I shouldâve. Er, I think that this bit from my ATC, Oliver, is quite nice, because for me - it not only shows how much Oliver adores this pilot, but also how invasive and uninhibited (both for himself and others) his adoration is. Does that make sense? Anyway - here we are:
He could detect so many things about his pilotâs voice; he had woken up not long ago, the gruffness and the pillowy warmth. Oliverâs lids drifted shut; he could so nearly taste the milky tea that lingered in his throat. Oliver longed to roll over once in the morning, tangled in Tobyâs cotton, still warm with his body heat. Heâd not have left for work, only to start their morning together. Oliver would roll over at the whistle of the kettle, only met by Tobyâs scruffy appearance illuminated in the doorway, wearing nothing but the outline of the morning sun. With his head supported by his hand, heâd gaze at Toby Theodore with the adoration that an artist admires his work. The coy, curling smile of a deviant about his lips, Oliver would say then, ââŚGood morning, Mr. Theodore.â Oliver had said that very phrase every morning for the past six months and each time it served as the beginning kiss between lovers, the delicate consent to entangle themselves together. Oliverâs porcelain complexion flushed and his temperature rose as though he was metal on the ground, his arousal glittering about his face. That arousal rose and rose, until he was leaning forward in his chair, crumpled like a defeat king.

"Iâm glad that two broken ribs, a stab wound, and years of immutable mental anguish later, Iâve earned my phone. Unfortunately," she paused, irritated that Bane hadnât turned around. Sucking in a deep breath, her legs drove her forward until she stood on the opposite side of his duffel bag. "Unfortunately," she continued, crouching down on her haunches. "The battery is dead. Itâs useless to me now, Bane. Keep it as a token of my gratitude for keeping me alive this long." She leaned forward, ripping the duffel bag out of his hands. "I did do one thing with it, though⌠I disabled the GPS and Location tracking before letting Jim Gordon know that I wasnât rotting in the desert." Casually, she dropped the phone into the bag and scooted it back to him. "If I wanted to seek solace in my phone, I wouldâve done it while you were unconscious."
Errrr, Danvers. So flawed, so indirect. She has this habit of defending (wonder why) everything she does by applying some sort of legal superiority to the situation, if that makes sense. She think sheâs so intimidating, that no one could possibly shoot her down if she snaps at and/or belittles them. Emotions are unacceptable, so she couldnât very well say that she believed he wasnât going to kill her, actually felt comfortable turning off the GPS, and here - have it back. So, she avoided saying that, made it sassy and thought, âOh yes! This is a much more effective way. This will make him feel guilty.â And how did he respond? By literally snapping her mobile in half. So, thereâs that.
9. Which fic has been the hardest to write?
Protecting the Defender and Defending the Protector, hands down. Danvers is a very, very dear person to me, itâs like the one character that no one has touched. Sheâs never had a love interest (prior to Bane), has been essentially unbreakable in all situations and served as that one beacon of âHey! All your other people are losing their bloody minds, but Danvers is right as rain.â Having to write her having really violent tangents of emotion and literally ripping her stronger self to shreds was and will continue to be really, really difficult.
10. Which fic has been the easiest to write?
Iâd say that any of the fics with Mal and Eames are pretty easy, only because Malâs essence flows like an uncapped bottle of poison and before I know it, Iâm finished. So, that - or the Leo/Raisa fic, Newlyweds. Raisaâs feelings towards Leo were still really, really prominent in my mind, so it was fairly easy - I didnât have to stretch myself too far.
Ta, babeâŚ. considering youâre my divine inspiration for everything and everyone of my characters.
