Yes they can sire children. And - as Bruce proves - some omega males do very much enjoy topping.
But the chance of them actually impregnating someone is very low while the chance of them being impregnated is very high. Therefore it makes sense that they are more likely to enjoy being penetrated than to enjoy penetrating.
However, just like our world, every couple has sex differently. We can say ‘omegas generally prefer to be on the bottom’ but that’s a pretty broad statement and doesn’t by any means apply to everyone. Just like in our world where there are men who don’t like to fuck but like to be fucked, there are omegas who might be exclusive tops.
Even female omegas.
Sex isn’t black and white and just because one couple does something (I assume you’re referring to the TimKon post I just made in which I said Tim likes being on the bottom) doesn’t mean this is true of everyone. Far from it.
And just like there is nothing wrong with an omega being dominant or topping (even if it is somewhat rarer) there is nothing wrong with being an omega that enjoys being submissive and bottoming.
