King finding out Garou is hunting him and he’s terrified so he asks Saitama to guard him for the day and then stay at his place.
Saitama seeing how scared king is and he does his best to comfort him in his own way, then king hears a noise from outside and jumps into saitamas arms, face in his neck frantically yelling to save him, turns out it was just a bird but saitama hearts racing at how cute king was
I have great news about this prompt @yanderefoeyay !! Even though I don't think Garou makes a cameo (I'm only about 20 chapters in and trying not to spoil much for myself by checking so I'm not actually sure) there's a fic on Ao3 by the talented @baldyborg called Top Drawer that has a similar premise to your idea!
King is an actual king and in need of a body guard because his guards don't see a point in protecting him if he's the "Strongest Man in the World." A chance encounter with Saitama and a bird monster in the woods seems to solve that problem but will he accept? It's sort of like a version of the canon but retold in modern kingdom format. Also, it's about 30 chapters of well written slow burn so you'd get the max out of this dynamic!
