Got top-rope certified today after a month of training and it was so much fun, can't wait to get better.
Sept 28
2 hr Climbing and exercises: We did top-rope climbing which felt really good. I felt much better on the 60-ft wall and my hands and arms got a killer workout. We are trying to work on high-volume and really build endurance which is fun but painful. We then did another session of great exercises which made me happy - I’ve been really liking the body-weight exercises recently for some reason.
