umm okay so like . i’ve been a fan of pilots literally for as long as i can remember … i found them in 2014 by accident when i was like 7 or 8 , and i’ve Obviously been a fan since . but in those 10 years i’ve literally Never been able to resonate with anything more than i have blurryface
i’ve never really been able to like . understand . a lot of things about myself . especially when i was younger and just Scared . but i was almost able to convey some of that through blurryface , and That alone really did carry my ass thru

polarize specifically comes in when i was like …. in middle school . to make a Really long story Really short : I had a threat made against my life and i genuinely believe that pure luck is the only reason that i’m fine today
right after , my pre-existing anxiety disorders were like . absolutely boosted in severity ( which i am still suffering from genuinely why i don’t post or talk to anyone ever ) and i really just . have never been the same . BUT !!!!!!
i relied on pilots to help me thru situations where i Had to be uncomfortable , and like . blurryface again !!!!!!!!! but polarize specifically just . was the right song and it showed up at the right time . and it became almost a crutch i used to keep myself centered
and then the livestream happened right after all this and i saw polarize lisden on that screen 🙌 all of my art is based off of polarize lisden because of that single fact
BUT . like it genuinely means so fucking much to me after carrying me for Years . it’s the only reason i’ve been able to keep myself afloat for so long . … and hearing them perform that song LIVE ????? it was almost like . reassurance . that i am , in fact , still here !!!!!!
