14th December 2017 – With the changing business trends and fast evolving HR analytics, organizations are on the verge of expansion to bring in lucrative opportunities for their existing business models. They do this to withstand every challenge and obstacle that may come their way in the current competitive and challenging business world. Recently the JK business school organized the HR conclave event with elan. The event was a big success as it brought all the eminent professionals from the industry to come together and share their views on the changing and evolving HR trends.
The HR Conclave 2017 witnessed an overwhelming response from the top business schools in Gurugram and best MBA colleges in Delhi/NCR that was the part of the event. The event emphasized on the fact on how precariously operating organizations can develop and leverage Human Resources as the vital element for attaining the competitive edge in the dynamic business world across the globe.
The stage shared by the professionals from the top business schools in Gurugram and Delhi put forward their views on how HR Analytics and challenges associated with it can open new gateways for the new as well as existing business entities. Highlights of the event majorly focused on how HR can bring about changes in an organization’s business model to maximize their profits and also help them achieve desired goals for a strong business base across the globe. The conference also aimed at bringing the best management schools in Delhi and top MBA colleges in Gurugram forward and imbibe HR Analytics in the course curriculum.
The event attended by the who’s who of the corporate world included reputed names like the TCS, Microsoft, Indiabulls, Yes Bank, NestKeys, Jaro Education, and S.A.L.T, etc. among others who participated in the conference. Debate was kick-started with a strong speech that comprised of a thorough study of the current business statistics by Dr. Sanjiv Marwah (Director-JK Business School) followed by several other reputed names including Dev Chander Jha (Head-Business HR, Videocon Industries,) Lokesh Mehra (Director- Million Heights,) Qamer Siddiqui (Head HR- Galaxy Hotels,) and Ms. Monica Dhawan (Director-Fusion Corporate Pvt. Ltd.) to name just a few. Also, the idea behind organizing and conducting the event was to encourage thoughts and ideologies of various business verticals to bring about a changeable difference in the struggling business environment.
While the theme of the agenda remained same throughout the entire event, it brought multiple perspectives from different minds under one roof. Nevertheless, it was significant exposure for the students from the top MBA schools across Delhi/NCR to interact with the professionals from different business verticals. The themes of the panel discussions were crisp and focused primarily on the idea of how HR Analytics can prove to be a beneficial tool for redefining the talent agenda and accelerating the future business prospects for workforce transformation.
