Who I would "want"? Why, I already have them. Though the rank and file of my army is made of lost sparks from dead-end realities—easily dredged from the multiversal abyss and pressed into obedience—there are plenty of elites in their number. Landslide, Toxitron, Blackwidow, a couple of Menasors. A Lockdown who claims to be the greatest boxer in his home reality. A Soundwave with mastery over electromagnetism and less of a tendency to yap. A far-superior new Demolishor, with a Spark of Combination. A tiger Mini-Con capable of controlling Gigantion natives. A "super bomber" made from a pair of fearsome bots, War Machine and... I'm not sure I caught the other one's name. Why, I've even picked up a few lesser, prototype Unicrons. Quite the collection, no? Enough to drive any would-be warlord mad with envy.
But why stop there, when the sum total of existence and nonexistence is to hand? I am already combing through the living multiverse, claiming the greatest and most terrible Cybertronians to join my forces. Bludgeon, the dark scientist, has turned his talents to creating impossible weapons for my legions, while Tankor—freed from the shell program that had bound his mind—wields sorcery claimed from the ruins of Prysmos to chart a path through the multiverse. Monstructor has renounced the Ebon Knights and pledged his corruptive touch to me, and Tyrannocon Rex hunts down and devours those who would evade my legions.
There is Sunstorm, who believes me to be Primus incarnate, and wields toxic sunfire while proclaiming my name. Prowl, who was banished by his Optimus Prime for his ruthless intellect, and whose audio sensors I whispered poison into to twist him to my service. Wingnut. Heretech. Slythor. Shadowstriker. Killswitch. Countless names for countless Decepticons, all aligned to my will.
