EVENT 3 250# Sandbag carry for distance This is one of my favourite events for training and competition. It is great for core strength, posterior chain, and mental toughness. Once you drop it it's all over. It's about maintaining position and tension and just thinking about putting one foot in front of the other. Your head goes into a dark place and you just keep on going. It hurts, your lower back is on fire. But as soon as you put it down it's all over. Super happy with this one. 308 feet of pure posterior chain pain. You can see after the forth lap when it kicks in. I tried to cover as much distance before it hit me like a ton of bricks then it was all grind. It was fun because I got to walk as the same time as my wife @StephVoSloan.
