The assumption concludes that they will tie MC to the bed. But most will not do that. I'll give you their reactions. 👀
Ji Qiangxin
This man barely gets time for himself with how busy he keeps himself, stuffing his throat with boiled vegetables and fish and calling it a meal. Hell, his sister doesn't even know where he is half the time. She'd be lucky if she saw him once a day. If you wound up unstable from a fever, he won't bother you too much about it because he does the exact same thing. Of course, he will ask if you're okay and will give a dessert with a medicinal filling (without telling you).
If you're wounded, that's a different story, and he will strongly suggest that you receive immediate medical care (without forcing you, but very froward in his approach). If you decide to be stubborn, he will drop it but observe you from afar.
Ji Shenglian
She has a brother who is exactly like that. She will annoy and nag until your hair falls out, tugging at you, grabbing you so you can't run away, sticking to you like a leech. As soon as you give in or are forced to give in, she will cook some congee, light some incense, cool your face, and give you the whole luxury treatment. Of course, it's the classic shit-tasting medicine, too. If you don't comply and leave anyway, she will use her "magic" to kidnap you, anyway, tying you down to the bed physically. You can't run away from her.
If you're wounded, she will be angry instead—everything else will be the same.
Wu Shen
Can and will get sick with you. Both suffer until medicine and proper medical care are given.

Fu Xiuying

If you're wounded, she will do the same thing and will try to identify the wound after you fall asleep (also dosing you with a stronger medicine).
Mo Ge
He tries not to pry too deeply into what others choose to do but will express deep concern if you continuously ignore your fever. Maybe he'd shed a few tears because he gets so frustrated with your stubbornness and doesn't know how to express it properly without being overbearing. If you've got a heart, you will comply. If you don't, nuh uh...what are you?
If you're wounded, he will express extreme anxiety and worry, continuously trying to stop you from working in fear that you would die. He will sternly reproach you and try to keep you binded next to him by threatening political strife, as he gets someone to treat you and bring medicine. And for once, he will go back to his home just so you have privacy.
Luo Ying
She will call you an idiot and cuss you out, plus a suplex slap across the head with her fan. If you don't try to seek medical care, she will become so angry because she doesn't know how else to express her concern; keep in mind that she might try to physically fight you to take you to a doctor. If you're also violent, then both are about to end up in the hospital.
If you're wounded, she will attempt to hurt you more so you aren't able to fight back as she drags you to the doctor. #luoyinglogic.
