It seems that even when I don't watch anything related to LOK, I can't avoid haters, in completely unexpected places... I am still in great shock... if I feel better I might post positive posts tomorrow...

So yesterday I experienced an absolute shock while watching the AlternateHistoryHub 30 minutes video “A Journey Through the Wacky World of Alternate History Shows” not expecting any connection to The Legend of Korra... so somewhere around 19 minutes of video when they were commenting that the main female character in The Man in the High Castle isn’t actually Mary Sue with commentary that "Mary Sues are actually good at something and people unrealistically like them for no reason" they showed clips with Korra including baby Korra yelling “You gotta deal with with it! "

How the hell is Korra by any definition Mary Sue? She has the same powers as Aang before her, she has the same powers as every Avatar before her, she could not airebending and trained for over 10 years to become good in combat and she was constantly humiliated and beaten by her enemies. She lost her bending powers that she eventually managed to regain, lost permanently connection with past lives, was poisoned by mercury, and nearly killed, ended up in a wheelchair, and recovered from that psychological and physical trauma for over 3 years. "People unrealistically like them for no reason" Ah yes, you mean all those villains who were constantly trying to humiliate and kill her, or President Raiko and the Earth Queen, must have liked her for no reason ... oh wait .. they really aren't at all like her. I doubt they watched the show at all because they would have seen already in the first episodes that Korra could not be Mary Sue by any means.

The author of my favorite web novel just completely ruined everything

I actually can not believe it, 110 chapters completely down the drain. Like sure i didn’t except him to act the same o similar after the antidote but to rape her every night? killing someone for siding with her? it’s just too much, i simply won’t read it, and it saddens me because for so long i found joy in this novel, we were told and partly showed of hid evilness but never something this far fetched, like hell i can like a murderer but never a rapist. Never.
