rant about traffic & a solution.
I just came home from being stuck in traffic. It's annoying when 3 lanes are closed on the freeway, but I do understand how it does give people an opportunity to have a job and how the best time to do it is during the summer. However, what bothers me is #1) they don't announce it until the day OF construction #2) they don't tell us when or how long the lane blocking will go on for and #3) how impatient people try to get ahead by trying to get as close as they can before they HAVE to merge, not knowing that it will cause more traffic..& of course idiots follow them and do the same. solution?
Have gandalf stand in the middle and say you shall not pass as a warning & if they still decide to be an impatient idiot have Dr. Manhattan stand a few feet later to teleport them back to where the lanes are closed and if people still decide to cut, then just have a hulk smash the shit out of them & their car. PROBLEM SOLVED.
