“Build Help for a Leech Licker”
I usually run the ATTACK woodcutter, then a hit wrist and finger. After 10.5, a healing minor is usually good enough for most content, and the rest attack (you can use your dps gear if you got it). If there's something with a HARD HARD heal check, switch to a neck heal. I also normally run ar/pistol rather than ar blood which means you can have an emergency ww to heal people who are dying. And YES what bee mom says. DEFINITELY take Anima Vessel
I swapped some stuff around last night so will have more AR eventually once I fix a couple of glyphs. I did take Anima Vessel, but like with so much of this build, the appropriate timing of things is the learning curve. Both with fist healing and regular DPS, it’s all sort of “work a rotation and know out the exceptions,” whereas leeching feels A LOT like constantly thinking 30 seconds (or more) into the future and predicting/steering the outcome.
For leech healing, I just go in my dps gear, with my ring (slash nonhit manor) switched for a crit power healpiece), and then in sticky situations I put on a critpower heal belt. Then for my rifle i glyph crit rating (or crit power/rating split), and the other one doesnt rly matter bc its usually just for buffs. Crit rating isnt as needed bc you prolly will bring eleforce and other force procs.
Thank you so much. One less thing I have to worry about. Now to actually finish building up my dps gear!
Owen isn't responding to my text messages, so I've sent 50 MB worth of antique photos from ancestry.com to his laptop. Hopefully, he knows someone who can fix that...
Owen was very photogenic today, even though seconds later we were downed by the Great Old One himself.
Hello new TSWer! Re classes: theres no REAL classes, but sword is very effective/flexible in solo builds, blood and fist have the most accessible heals (assault rifle has leeches, but is more effective w/better gear) so its better later game. Even if you don't go fist, consider getting the "lick your wounds" passive. Its one AP and unlike the other most popular heal doesnt depend on penetrating hits. My sn is Grantaire, and Id be happy to help if u need it
Oh good, I did end up using claws. I’m glad it’s a game that can be played solo mode; that’s what made me finally decide to give it a try. Thanks~ :>
