To celebrate my training partner's birthday, a group of us spent yesterday afternoon at Total Ninja in Manchester. It was our first ever time in such a place and it was pretty awesome! . Very challenging especially since there were 3 routes of increasing difficulty and we started with the easiest and worked our way up. We probably should have started with the most difficult whilst we were at our freshest! . I picked up a number of minor injuries along the way and it was a humbling experience.
