He was cute, she’s known that since she set foot into the place. His small mouth, bright eyes and that cute haircut of his, all of that just added to the list of things about him that drew her in. Her friends didn’t pay him much attention, but it was different for her, he was intriguing. Then again, it could be because she feels like she could relate to him in a way. She had elder sisters of her own that also liked to ruin her day.
(Y/n) had been there on the day his identical twin brothers had visited, she was with her friends. While they gossiped and whispered their complaints on how noisy and annoying they were, (y/n) sat there with a small smile. The man had tried so hard to keep his brothers at bay, all the while they caused trouble, squirmed around and shouted ‘Totty’ over and over again.
It was mean of her to laugh at them, yes, but how could anyone look away? She had also been sneaky and took pictures of him with her phone, occasionally hoping he would catch her in the act just so that she could speak with him. Now, she was never the shy type, not at all, she just pretended to be all in hopes that he would make the first move.
It wasn’t long until she became a regular customer at sutabaa, ordering a drink and snack while watching him like a creepy stalker. Let me rephrase that.
A cute creepy stalker.
The only downside to seeing him was that he was never the one to take her order, always being too busy sweeping or even wiping the windows to do so. Of course, this wasn’t all that bad, since she became friends with the female baristas there and would text them from time to time.
She was what many called, a social butterfly.
After about two months of watching him, taking pictures of him in secret and occasionally catching his eyes, she decided to make her move. Who knew that this one cutie, someone who was far off from her normal type of guy, would capture her attention. She was normally into the hard worker, tall and handsome with stylish hair and lots of money, like her exs, but he was way different. He was short and cute, did his job when needed to, his hairstyle wasn’t like an idol’s but still looked silky, and he didn't appear to be swimming in cash.
And yet, that didn't stop her from wanting to talk with this 'Totty’ boy.
As she entered sutabaa, heaving a small sigh of relief at the cool air that washed over her, she glanced around the room. He was fixing the chairs and cleaning the tables again, so that means he wouldn’t be taking orders for a while. But that wasn’t a problem for her, so with a smile she made her way towards an empty table and sat herself down, pulling out her phone to pass the time. She went on her twitter and tumblr for a while, reblogging, retweeting and even commenting on a few things before finally glancing up towards the counter. Her small smile grew at the sight of him taking orders, smiling cutely at the customers and making their drinks. The line wasn’t long, so it was best to just head on over now while she still had the chance. With her phone still in her hands, she picked up her bag and made her way towards the line.
“Oh, hello there cutie, how about I buy you a drink?” A random guy asked, trying to flirt with her. Now, normally she would have stopped to flirt back, giggling and acting cute to get something free in return, but not today. She had her eyes on someone else today, and she wasn’t planning on wasting her chance. Without bothering to acknowledge his existence, (y/n) quickly made it to the line, standing right behind a man with a large mouth. She busied herself with her phone, quickly sending out a tweet like she normally did to her followers, informing them of her current situation. Her tales of trying to conquer the Batista had made her pretty popular, with everyone wanting to know what she'll do next and sending her advice.
About to go in for the kill, wish me luck! #HesSoCute! #ICanDoThis!
Right as she sent out her tweet, the man before her left with a loud ‘Dayooon!’ And a coffee cup in hand. She quickly took a step forward and checked her tweet, to make sure she didn't appear too eager in front of him. She'll play it off naturally, that’s how she always did when she wanted someone’s attention. “Hello, how may I help you?” His voice chirped, causing her to smile before lifting her head. She finally met with him face to face for the fist time, and she had to admit he was so adorable up close she could just cuddle him to death. “Hello.” She greeted, trying not to move too quickly when his cheeks were dusted a soft pink. Was this his first time speaking to a girl? No, he probably spoke to them often, I mean, his coworkers were females. If she didn't know better, she would have thought he was a virgin.
That would have been too cute!
“Can I get my usual please?” She asked, knowing well that he probably didn’t know what her usual was. He’s never taken her order, so it was highly likely that he-
“Sure! Would you like a muffin or a cookie to go with your drink today?”
Okay, that was a little unexpected, fortunately for her, she'd received a tweet and was able to respond to it quickly and pretend her cheeks weren’t glowing a slight red. “A muffin would be nice, thank you.” As he quickly went to work, she lifted her gaze to watch him. His every move, the way he made her drink expertly and the happy smile on his face made her smile at him. But it was still pretty confusing to her, how do he know what her usual was?
“Here you go!” He chirped, placing her order down before her with a smile, as she thanked him and payed for her order. “Thank you again,” she thanked once more, this time leaning in closer to his face. His cheeks flushed again, as he slowly moved back, unsure of what she was doing. “Todomatsu San.” She finished, leaning back with a smile. She had been reading his name tag! “Y-You're welcome miss…?”
“(Y/n), (Y/n) (l/n).” She introduced herself, extending her hand to shake his. He gladly took it in his own and gave it a small shake, before leaning his head to the side in a cute manner. “Matsuno Todomatsu, please call me-"
"Totty? I know." She interrupted him, sending him a quick, flirtatious wink. As he let go of her hand, she reached down and picked up her order, sending him another smile . "I hope we can talk again Totty." With that, she walked right out of the coffee shop with a little skip in her step. Todomatsu watched her until she disappeared from his sight, before he let out a small sigh. He's been wanting to talk to her for a while now, and he finally got his chance to. She was prettier up close, and it was nice to hear her voice. It was a little surprising that she knew his nickname, then again he had seen her become good friends with his coworkers.
"Ah! Today was a good day!" He sighed, moving his hand which was still in the position it had been before when she shook it. It wasn't until he heard the small sound of paper that he snapped out of it. Glancing down, he could have sworn his heart had skipped a beat. There sat a small piece of paper with numbers on it.
Her numbers on it.
Picking it up with caution, his hand shook as he read her name, written neatly on the slip of paper. His eyes finally caught sight of the little, 'Call Me' words written above the number.
Today was a great day!

A/N: I realized that my ideas flow out of my mind when I’m dead tired and it’s 4:06 Am… On the bright side. Totty!
