Each has its potentials, it’s lessons and its ability to heal. . . 💚And each ‘individual’ moment is part of one long moment in the great tapestry of life. . . 💚The illusion of today and yesterday is an infinite period divided for easy reference by a man-made calendrical system, based on the Earth’s orbit around the sun, and the moons orbit around the Earth. . . 💚We can become so disconnected to the cycles we live in – the waxing and waning of the seasons, our place in the solar system, the cosmos, and the here and now. . . 💚Take your head out of whatever you are doing. Visualise where you are in space and be present. . . 💚Breathe. Feel the cold air entering your nostrils and the warm air leaving them.
