i actually haven’t collected tinkerbell stuff in many years but i was obsessed with her when I was a kid! i started collecting tinkerbell stuff when I was like 10 and then I got so much of it as gifts for like the next 6 or 7 years lol. I don’t have any of it now but I had a Ridiculous amount of tinkerbell stuff when I was a teen.

Anyway although I am no longer a think collector I appreciated the cute art and I’m glad you are having fun with it!! I can attest that there is a lot of cute tink stuff out there so I hope you find some good ones ✨

oh hey, new folks!

since i’ve gotten some new followers, here’s a bit about me!

my name’s kelsey michele, though you can find me around the internet (instagram, twitter, my two other tumblrs) as toughtink or variations of that. i’m a professional artist, designer, and cosplayer working mostly in the themed entertainment industry, which means i’ve designed rides, attractions, shops, restaurants, signage, stories, and events. most of that work is sadly under NDA, so i can’t share it. OTL but in my free time, i like to design fashion & costumes as well as make lots of fanart. i also sew & cosplay some of the things i design!

i’ve begun doing at least one brand new design every month for my patreon, so if that’s something you’d like to see more of, go check that out! i also release wallpapers with the month’s art, downloadable prints, and a design sheet with a turn around and detailed construction notes for anyone wanting to see how to make it or some of the thought that goes into my art. i’m also trying to do a public companion piece each month, too. oh, and there’s lots of cosplay stuff over on patreon. it’s a package deal.

i do take art commissions for illustrations and character/costume designs, though they aren’t always open. currently, i have a waiting list for new commissions.

oMG SAME THAT’S WHERE I LEARNED ABOUT NAIL CAREER EDUCATION i’ve been watching her videos nonstop for like a week the starter kit i’m looking at is actually the one from that channel, which includes fake fingers with it! i’d be terrified to try it on my hands until i was SURE i could do it right omg i have a job and i have to be able to draw, I can’t afford to screw up my fingers

kelseymicheleart has changed to toughtinkart!

i originally wanted the url for my art blog to just be kelseymichele anyway, so since i never got my way and because my cosplay and regular handles (toughtink cosplay and just toughtink) have surpassed kelseymicheleart a few times over, i’ve decided to switch it up and rebrand a little bit to keep everything under the same toughtink umbrella! my hope is to have more art for my cosplay and cosplay of my art in the future, so things will maybe be a bit more connected.

i’m aware of the limitations of game models since that’s my husband’s industry; i’d be using it as a base for proper proportions and converting to pepakura rather than printing. plus, the meshes would be great as you said. no one really provides resources for most of the alternate skins for overwatch, unfortunately, but maybe eventually they’ll get to it.

Sure! I tend to explain everything to the basics when answering publicly just because I have to write so it’s accessible to beginners; I don’t really know what anyone’s level of expertise is. :)

Sounds like a good plan, though! Go for it.

I have seen 3D models for most of the skins around, but I’m not sure where most people are getting the non-default ones. There are MMD versions that are really easy to find, but the actual versions are a bit tougher.

Pharah or Junkrat. They’re just a lot of fun to play. But I haven’t completely finished going through the roster so that might change.
