Hello Flanbase! For a couple of days after the release of Yunyun Denpa Syndrome, we here at Flan Yeah Touhou are going to examine the overlap between Touhou and famous moe illustrators! Get ready to MOE MOE KYUN!!!

Starting off with POP (Electromagnetic Wave), the artist known for their design for Avenew Project's Momoe Paruchu, Hello Kitty to Issho's Minase Shizuku, and more. They have unsurprisingly done many Touhou related works over the years, including figures, tapestries, art books, album covers, and even a trio of phony credit cards sold on their Booth site.

i finished Fairy Wars, so here’s my Obligatory Review

once again, it’s incredibly difficult... thank god it lets you play on easy to get the ending. however! this game is tied with Phantasmagoria of Flower View (i know i said it was Perfect Cherry Blossom in my UFO review but i lied) as my most favourite. none of the songs or characters added are any of my favourites, but everything about the game from the dialogue to the soundtrack to the atmosphere is just so wholesome and childish and uhghh protect these fairies. Star Sapphire is my favourite of the three- and i won’t let what she did in KKHTA ruin my image of her e_e my favourite thing about this game is the endings. especially C2. something about hearing cirno say “You’re ALL AWESOME!” is just so sweet and PRECIOUS and i want to hug her so bad this is why she’s my favourite character anyway yeah great game. i love it. Ten Desires is next up, which is exciting because i have no pre-existing knowledge of anything in that game.
