Wanna help me finally finish that Tovolar deck?
Alright, that's pretty straightforward, and Tovolar is a really strong engine by himself. I'll assume you've already scoured through all the Wolves and Werewolves around, and he mostly does the day/night thing pretty well by himself, assuming you have enough wolves out for it to be worth. Notably, day/night can't be switched by you on other people's turns since it only counts spells from the active player, but old werewolves can.
It's actually pretty hard to find a suggestion here that isn't fairly generic nor you'd have already considered. Getting trample on everything helps get more draw on Tovolar, so that's a possibility to explore, but nothing quite fitting there. Deathtouch is also good to threaten opponents who would dare to block, and goes great with Tovolar's threat of activation on his back, since you can get the lethal combo of deathtouch and trample on a whim. I'd put forward Ohran Frostfang as a way to do that and double up on Tovolar's Card draw, it's not a wolf, but it draws when it hits anyway if you can spare a non-wolf slot for it. It's newly cheap after a bunch of reprints too, at around $2.
Alternatively, the sticking point of wolves is often rebuilding after a board wipe. In that spirit, let me present you something else, Bygone Marvels
Assuming you haven't gotten farewelled, this is two mana to get back three of your best wolves after a board wipe. If Descend isn't on, you get a Regrowth for a permanent in your mostly permanent based deck, pretty much on rate anyway.
Sorry if those cards are pretty generic, but it's hard for something as narrow and versatile as Tovolar already, he's doing a lot of the heavy lifting.
