Touching on what I said for Rosa, Meulin distrusts/dislikes/hates highbloods, again mostly out of fear. However. I’ve told you this in private I think? Idk.
Because of Meu’s connection to the soul and self, through her classpect/”crafte” (She doesn’t realize it’s actually a classpect thing) the minute she sees that someone else has a soul, she can’t hate them. Just. Can’t. Especially not in the violent, mournful way she wants to hate them. I also mentioned this in Ami’s post.
Right now if you asked her about “The Condesce” or “The Highblood” in a general sense, she would vow to kill them and not to rest until their blood was on her hands. She wants them dead and she wants them to suffer for what they did. She would hiss and curse and growl and be all hot-headed about it, but as soon as one of them actually talks to her (as Artemi has done) she’s like “well fuck.”
Artemi confuses her and Artemi’s story flat-out appalls her. She realizes by now that the Alternia Artemi is experiencing is much different than her own. Still, to hear that Psii did all of the things Artemi mentioned has completely shattered her knowledge of, trust in, and understanding of Psii in any context. She’s angry and afraid. And now might also be a good time to mention that Meulin is generally horrible with separating alternate-timeline-selves from each other when she’s not talking directly to them. (See: Lil, Huntress, etc. as examples of people she can separate.) But since she’s not interacting with That Psii, she just now is directing her confusion and anger at ALL Psiis, in her mind.
... But on the other hand, she’s not sure if Artemi is actually lying. Lying on the internet? What? That’s illegal and wrong. She completely lost touch with Psii as the execution approached, so she believes yes, there’s a chance Psii could have gone completely off his rocker that way, and that’s the only reason she hasn’t accused Artemi of lying.
She’s struggling internally with protective feelings towards Artemi. She wants to care for and protect Artemi because she sees some of herself in her. Just a bit. Artemi’s freakouts hit her hard in the Feelings and she wants her to feel ok and feel/be safe. But then you’ve also got her aforementioned rage towards highbloods/the Condesce in particular, so she’s like wtf is this shit why am I feeling this way, @myself, stop it.
