The Ideal Action Figure comes with:

A critter. In this context, that means a mini-figure (articulation and paint optional) of any small in-fiction being associated with the main figure. This can be pets, sidekicks/partners, antagonists/monsters, civilians/recuees, and the like.

An Accessory Tree (or equivalent in loose accessories). If a character has an iconic weapon that must be included, but a variety of weapons, gadgets, treasures or random objects should come with it, ranging from the cool to the baffling. At least one item on the tree should be noncanon.

A Context. This can be a tech spec card. It can be a mini-comic. It can even be particularly evocative package blurbs, but there's something that says 'this is who this is and what their deal is."

Now, there are exceptions. If it's a two-figure set, you don't need a critter, but you really ought to put a couple in there anyway. You can skip the accessory tree if there's at least three critters. You can sub a vehicle and one accessory for the critter and tree. If the critter is a steed, however, you must include the accessory tree/equivalent, it's just going to be a higher price-point.

If this is specifically a mission-deco figure, then the accessory tree must be at least 50% larger than standard, preferably 100%.

Context is non-negotiable.
