When I went to University of Miami I never thought I would end up meeting one of my first and closest friends and eventually soror. You rarely meet people who are passionate, loving, lovable, humble, relentless and as driven as her. I remember meeting her and talking about what we were passionate about,the things we had gone through in life, stuff we had seen, our majors, and goals in life. She always said without delay or hesitation "I'm going to law school and I AM GOING TO BE AN ATTORNEY." Trust me she had an argument for every reason as to why too! For as long as I have know her that was the goal and NOTHING was going to get in the way! Not only did she do that but she came through and conquered with multiple turns and bumps in the road! Her story is admirable and if I could brag to y'all about why and how amazing and astounding she is your mind would be blown! I rarely get emotional and yesterday was one of those moments. I couldn't help but fight back tears knowing that MY friend did everything in her and God's will to reach her goal. She knew her purpose and did not let any obstacle get in her way. Imma finish this long and sappy post by saying @canekeyah, Friend, I am sooo proud and sooo happy for you! You are an Attorney now! I've know how bad and how much you've wanted this and ALL of the work you've put in to get it.
