Little ramble of the girlies and Teigan in this AU + closeups:

So Teigan was brought to the desert by Rey (who goes by Roadkill in this AU) to be hunted. She was grabbed just like how Rey usually gets his victims, her car broke down near his farm and she was unlucky enough for it to be that time of year for the hunt, so he kept her held captive for a few days before bringing her.

Teigan canonly works as a yoga instructor during the day and a dancer at night (this hasn't changed in the AU). During her time working as a sex worker, she's seen how awful men can be, especially men who feel like they can take whatever they want from people and prey on those they see weaker than them. So when she's brought to the desert and sees all these men acting like this is all a big game and like they can do whatever they want to her and her fellow captives, it really pisses her off.

She absolutely loves ✨️women✨️ so she's especially protective of Chamomile and Jaqueline (she ends up caring and protecting Tom as well since she sees him as just a sweet guy who got caught up in the wrong thing, as they all did). This is an AU where either the boys don't do the first blood or maybe whoever Derek brought was, idk man, Chamomile is alive and the girlies team up.

Teigan absolutely hates Jack especially and won't hesitate to throw herself in harm's way to protect the other captives (except maybe Richard).

She is still a beastkin in this AU (she's a tiger beastkin), but she really doesn't show her features to anyone, even though it might give her an advantage. She just doesn't wanna make herself more of a target than her smart mouth already does.

Celia-Fox/Ren swap AU

totally didn't forget about this hahaheheahhrhhth.... ANYWAYS, without further a do, I will share my ideas out here ^^

First, let's talk about Celia: In this AU, Celia takes the place of the human trafficking snuff streamer. She was already associated with criminal activity, though before it was not as serious or profitable. Despite this, she was extremely ambitious and aimed high. She was in an unhealthy relationship with the also criminally affiliated Harold, where she first truly realized her tendency towards lashing out and getting violent when stressed. The two would often get into disputes that lead to one or both of them bruised or bleeding here and there. By this point, Celia had dipped further into crime, now slipping into the territory of human trafficking. Harold wouldn't let this go so easily, feeling betrayed that she would go so far without him, he couldn't have his image ruined like that. They would get into another argument, which led to Harold pulling out a gun and shooting Celia. In response to this, Celia grabbed a knife and lunged at Harold, stabbing him repeatedly and killing him, which left her feeling surprisingly refreshed despite her severe but non-fatal injuries, the bullet entering far too close to her right eye and exiting behind her ear, leaving a path of destruction along the way. Because of her affiliations with crime, old and new, she managed to cover everything up with some assistance. She would get her injuries fixed up, her right eye having to be removed completely. She would learn to take advantage of her tendency for violence under stress, soon making a profit by livestreaming to an eager audience, learning to make her acts of cruelty more controlled and precise. She would rise high in the criminal ranks and ultimately become very successful, going under the name "Diamond". She would use a prosthetic mask to cover up her injuries as to make her harder to recognize, the spot where her right iris would've been now replaced with a real diamond.

Now, for Ren: After escaping to Canada, Ren would try to live a normal life; living in a simple apartment, working an office job and keeping it relatively low. Being a young, shy man, he was soon approached by Strade, a higher-up in the company. Strade, being an older, charismatic and approachable man, would rather quickly earn the lonesome Ren's trust. However, it wouldn't take long until Strade began using his position to control Ren. Strade would end up making Ren depend on him, and after a while they developed a more serious "relationship". Strade would find out about Ren being beastkin, and enjoy it GREATLY. This AU's Strade isn't as prone to physical violence, instead finding emotional and psychological torment far more amusing. He would threaten to blackmail Ren if he were to try and leave, reveal to everyone just what he was, assuring him that as long as he stayed he would be safe and "taken care of". Ren is afraid and respectful towards Strade, but also holds some resentment towards the older man for how he treats him, feeling alone and trapped. If Ren wasn't isolated enough to begin with, he would now be completely alone aside from Strade, emotionally isolated and forbidden from having anyone else in his life. Being more aware of his situation in this AU, Ren would try and figure out a way to form another connection, to ANYONE, by ANY means, to not feel so alone. He would eventually stumble across the auctions, and in his desperation for company and understanding, he would participate. Unlike Celia in TPOF, purchasing the MC as a kind of stress toy, Ren would purchase the MC to feel less alone, try to find connection with someone by any means necessary. He's not really emotionally available, but he tries to open up and becomes more vulnerable with the MC after a while. Strade WILL however find out about Ren's activity, leading to a dilemma in which either the MC or Strade would end up dead. Ren in this AU would not have nearly as much physical scars, but the emotional ones are very prominent. He is also still dangerous, for having to hold your emotions back and shut down for so long will inevitably do some damage, so having someone in a clearly weaker position than him would make it more likely for him to lash out and possibly take out his frustrations on them without meaning to.

As you can probably tell, their stories are still very much in development and lacking, so pelase, if you have any criticism or ideas to share, please do tell! It'd be appreciated :-) But yeah, this was just a neat little idea I've had for a while.

Few headcanons for TPOF RtP AU Mason and Assistant!MC:

On the first day of work, Mason fed you his food and asked for opinions on the taste (Too chewy? Too salty? Did he put too much spice, and now the natural sweetness of the meat disappeared?)

Puts you in charge of cameras and techs, and might let you teach him how to operate them

He would make you learn how to spot animals in the forest near his cottage, and he'd hunt them down

Derek and Celia hang around him so much whenever Mason visits the headquarters, rambling around their days while asking you how he's been doing in the depths of the forest

Opposite to Derek and Celia, who have overworking tendencies, Mason is very laidback in his work, mostly hunting, eating, and taking care of his crops in his backyard

Mason also has an office in the headquarters, mostly consisting of mounted heads of animals that he'd hunted in the past and some skulls that you don't dare ask him if they're real or fake

He also has piles of recipe books, ranging from campire food to non-western food, each has strips of labels on some of the pages written "Ingredients affordable", "Derek approved", "Celia approved", "Need modification", et cetera

Weirdly enough, he can identify people based on their steps and breathing alone. He identified Derek and Celia easily when they were waiting behind the office door or approaching him from behind

But the CEO is the one that he couldn't figure out with full certainty because "It's like he shares a body with someone else."

He pats a lot. From Derek and Celia to the CEO, he pats people in the head whenever he met them. That also includes you
