New Tomb Raider Game Officially Announced

The Crystal Dynamics team announced today on The State of Unreal 2022 livestream that the next-generation chapter of Lara’s adventures, Tomb Raider 12, is currently in development using Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 5, which caught the community entirely by surprise. Check out the video above for a special message from Franchise Brand Manager, Dallas Dickinson.

my tomb raider journey is for now at least over and i'm sad but proud to have finished. it was so cathartic to finally see lara make peace with everything she's been through and let it go ready to move on especially bc it felt like the end of an era for me as well as her
