Im reading the second legendborn book rn and genuinely this can only end in death or polyamoury
y’all, like a few days, maybe a week ago i said i was locking in and jumping back into reading Oathbound?
yeah i still haven’t picked it up lmaoooo 😭😭
I finally found a series to kinda fill the void Bone Season left behind and it’s Legendborn. The vibes are similar and Bree is about as reckless and stubborn as Paige, they both stressing out everyone around them. I love both my girls so much
Do we know how old Tor is?
On the fandom wiki thing it says she's 19 but I dont remember her age being said and I could low-key make a whole post about this
Follow up/correction to that one post I made back in April that no one remembers about
They probably do just have order members in the police force for convenience. I totally forgot that the guy who mesmered Bree when her mom died was a police officer.
quality over quantity and everything but i need legendborn book 4 before i go crazy
really interestingly that one of the things i genuinely related to bree while reading legendborn, is our sort of resentment or jealousy toward people who can trace their lineage further than great grandparents
and while brees feelings much more aggressive and kinda explosive, due to the nature of erasure of her lineage, my feelings are quite different because i know some names of my ancestors, where they came from but i don't have photo or like some written proof most of the time, really often i can be sure what actually happen because info is coming from my grandmas. to me its longing and jealousy more than anger
but nonetheless people know their lineages for multiple generations are really privileged and often don't understand it
Bloodmarked by Tracy Deonn
why must you always cliffhang?!
but tracy does it again. stunner. i cannot wait for the next two books. kinda mad tracy is making it 4 books instead of the original trilogy but also how can i hate more books about bree!
trying not to spoil but suffice to say, bloodmarked continues the black excellence of legendborn both in the book itself and also via tracy.
and more valec please...i love a good side character
