Hobakjuk is a traditional Korean dish that is made with sugar, pumpkin, and sweet rice flour. People often eat it as a snack or dessert because it makes them feel good and is good for them.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup sweet rice flour. 1/2 cup water. 2 cups pumpkin, peeled and cubed. 4 cups water. 1/4 cup sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted optional.
Instructions: Add 1/2 cup of water to a small bowl and mix the sweet rice flour until you get a smooth paste. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot. Then add the pumpkin cubes. Cook the pumpkin until it's soft. Add the sweet rice flour paste to the pot and stir the porridge all the time until it gets thicker. Mix in the salt and sugar, making sure they are well mixed in. If you want, you can serve it hot and top it with toasted pine nuts.

Experience the bold and savory flavors of Korean BBQ with these succulent pork chops. The marinade combines traditional Korean ingredients for a mouthwatering taste that will elevate your grilling game.
Ingredients: 4 pork chops. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 3 tablespoons rice vinegar. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger, grated. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 2 green onions, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. 1/4 cup mirin. 1/4 cup gochujang Korean red pepper paste.
Instructions: To make the sauce, put soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper, green onions, sesame seeds, mirin, gochujang, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Pour half of the marinade over the pork chops in a plastic bag that can be closed again. For better taste, seal the bag and put it in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the pork chops out of the marinade and cover them with foil. Grill them for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, basting them with the marinade you saved until they are fully cooked. Add extra green onions and sesame seeds to the top of the hot Korean BBQ pork chops to serve. Have fun with your tasty Korean BBQ pork chops!

Wood Sculpture Final Project: cut out and assembly
I was a bit afraid that I might have messed up or that the panels wouldn’t fit right, but everything came together in the end! I’m really satisfied with how it looks and am contemplating whether to make a back panel for it or not.
